BattleGrounds 2 was one of the best source mods in the source mod community. all servers were constantly full and sometimes you had to wait to get in one, or start a server yourself. you had player selection options ranging from soldiers all the way to indians all with their own unique firearm and melee weaponry, you could even customize some of the characters. all the maps ranging from very small to massive were fun to explore and find ways to get the upperhand on the enemy. unfortunately as the years went on so did the community, and now 10 years later its a baron wasteland. It really needs to be ported to gmod so we can continue using the unique assets the game has. and although the steam workshop already has a revolutionary war pack, its not the same since the playermodels/npc use the hl2 civilian skins while battlegrounds 2 is built from the ground up.
